Right at the start of the pandemic, a designer I adore started making these gorgeous romantic linen masks. They had slots to put in N95 filters and were topped with a massive bow that could go around your ponytail. I now own four.
I bought them in about March 2020 and they took nearly 4 months to arrive. They were absolutely worth the wait. I love them so much. It’s ironic how a couple of months ago when we’d finally stopped wearing masks, I wondered if I would ever need them again. Each time I’ve thought this, the need for masks comes back. Probably also why the designer, who said they were once off, has continued to sell them since.
