Spring has arrived in Ballarat and with it has come blossoms and seemingly endless rain. This week we were hit with one of the worst storms in around 50 years. Luckily for us, we didn’t get the full intensity it delivered to South Australia, where the power of the entire state was knocked out. At any rate, it’s inspired hundreds of people to check out the nearby waterfall called Lal Lal Falls. We went and had a look.
We went and looked well before this week that’s just been after a little rainfall. Then we went back after the region experienced a load of flooding. I’ve taken some pictures of the falls each time for you. Keep in mind, the first picture was after a significant amount of rainfall. The second picture is after a further increase in rainfall. We’ve had more since then with the storm that just passed through.
I haven’t written much today because I’m busy juggling work and the play that I’m in, and finding time to blog in between is hard work. I hope you enjoy the pictures!
