I have found a new love for swimwear thanks to the stumbling across the unique and original designs of Bikiniboo. I’ve always hated swimwear, the beach and shopping for bathers. Some of my most self-hating moments have involved swimwear and fitting rooms. Clothes form such a big part of my love of life, so when I wear something that isn’t meant for me it can make me feel really low. Bikiniboo’s swimwear has made me feel, for the first time since I owned a crocodile onesie at age 3, that I love swimwear.
Side note regarding these shoes. I bought them originally from Modcloth, where they sold out. However I saw them pop up last year at Zulily! They are by brand Poetic Licence.
I have very little to say in this post, instead I’m hoping the photos speak for themselves. Here’s me, my thighs touching, curvy, wearing swimwear as bold and as feminine as my personality. This is swimwear that says I care more about how I think I look than about how other people think I look.
